Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults
Please keep in your prayers adults who are preparing for the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and First Holy Communion to be received in our parish in 2023. We are very grateful to the members of our parish RCIA Team.

First Holy Communion and Confirmation 2023

  • Lucan Community National School
  • Lucan East Educate Together School
  • Griffeen Valley Educate Together School

Parents of children who are attending the above schools should make contact with the parents committee in the school in relation to the sacraments. It will be necessary for each child to attend religion classes to prepare for the sacraments. At a later date, it will be possible to register with Lucan South Parish for the sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation in 2023.
Dates for the sacraments will then be arranged.

Cup of Tea After Mass Wednesdays
There is a cup of tea and a slice of cake after 9.15am Mass every Wednesday in the St. John Paul II Room. All are welcome.
