Ireland will play New Zealand in the second quarter-final of Rugby World Cup 2023 this Saturday 14th October. We are inviting young people in the parish to join us after the 6pm mass to watch the match in the John Paul II room (large room off the main porch) where we will have a screen set up.
Ireland and New Zealand have played each other on 36 occasions since their first meeting in 1905. The All Blacks have won 30 matches, whilst Ireland have won five matches, and there was one draw.
